Q2. Do you make fondant or novelty cakes?
No, I am a buttercream specialist - I sometimes use small amounts of fondant as decoration for my cakes but I do not create fondant cakes or make fondant figures. If you know you would like a cake for a certain date, get in touch as soon as you can because I do get booked up quite quickly. Weddings are booked several months in advance and other celebration cakes are usually booked 4-5 weeks before. I can sometimes accommodate last minute requests, so it is always worth checking.
